Lornit Ltd. is a technology company from Malta (Europe). Lornit provides Management Information Systems and Expert Systems to businesses and organisations. At Lornit we create bespoke software solutions that enable us to deliver affordable technology.

Lornit – the Company

We formed we company in 2008 and we started operations on October 2010. The founders: James Azzopardi and Stephen Zammit have worked as colleagues for the previous 10 years and gained more then enough experience on how to deliver intelligent business solutions and support them. By 2010 the technology required to create a cost effective software platform had evolved so much that opportunities to use that technology with smaller businesses became apparent. In 2010 James and Stephen joined forces launched a company that offers Business Solutions to small and medium companies. They put their expertise in the provision of solutions for big businesses into the software platform, and created an affordable way to deliver solutions for smaller companies with smaller budgets. They developed the business model and the technology to support it and today Lornit delivers high tech systems that up to a couple of years ago, only big companies could afford. Lornit’s solutions are extensive, efficient, customised, easy to use and affordable. Small businesses love us.

About James

A co-founder of Lornit Ltd. James has accumulated extensive experience from his involvement in a large number of IT projects for a wide range of customers over a period of more than 20 years. He worked for a wide range of customers; government entities, large corporations, gaming companies, small and medium sized companies, ngos, non profit organisations and individuals; in Malta and abroad. James is an outgoing, highly talented professional who is extremely focused on delivering the task at hand, and that meticulous and logical approach to projects give him an definitive edge at meeting and exceeding customer expectations every time.

About Stephen

A co-founder of Lornit Ltd. Stephen has accumulated extensive experience from his involvement in a large number of IT projects over a period of more than 20 years. He worked for a wide range of customers; government entities, large corporations, gaming companies, small and medium sized companies, ngos, non profit organisations and individuals; in Malta and abroad. Stephen considers getting his hands dirty as the most important step in taking responsibility for a project or solution and with that mentality he is able to manage projects successfully, through an excellent understanding of the underlying complexities and the smaller things in a project.
